If you're not happy with anything you've recieved from us, we are happy to either refund you 100% of the fee you paid, or provide you with a replacement item of similar value.
Please note we would need you to return the item you find unsuitable first and foremost, it needs to be in the same condition as recieved, and we welcome requests for replacement items.
We hope that as we provide postage and packing free as a gesture of goodwill, you will do likewise, return your item(s) and accept the replacement value of goods only without any extra costs.
