new parents and carers council site launched

The Parents and Carers Council, Calderdale, have a new website courtesy of Stereo Graffiti. The site which can be found at www.parents-and-carers.org.uk and features News and Discussion Forum, Guest Book, and is fully accessible.


new heroes project site launched

The Heroes Project site has been launched at www.heroesproject.org.uk. This boasts the first two of three sections to this fully accessible website, with a client controlled News Reel and a static Project Directory. To come is a flash movie, made fully controllable and accessible through audio-visual presentation, and simple html new window control.


radio show launched as podcast

In association with Netrascope, The Stereo Graffiti Radio Show has been officially launched, initially as a Podcast. Available via I-Tunes and all good international Podcatsing sites, you can subsribe free and automatically download the latest shows hot off the studio reel!


uk visionary design awards

Visionary Design LogoStereo Graffiti has been awarded a UK Visionary Design Award. This recognises our work making The Bradshaws website accessible for people who are visually impaired. The awards ceremony took place in London and BBC News Presenter Dermot Murnaghan presented Darren Poyzer with the award.


the 'acoustica' brand name

For some time we've been fronting a website called 'Acoustica'. This was launched at a time in the late 90's when open mic and songwriter nights were very infrequent and rare. These days, with such nights happening regularly in virtually every UK town and city, with overkill in some places, it seems the role of 'Acoustica' needs to move on.

Therefore for now we will be keeping the domain name and brining people here for new adventures ...


networking & consultancy

Commission taken in association with Netrascope and DMK Soultions to prepare GMCDP (Greater Manchester Coalition Of Disabled People) for offices conversion to Local Area Network. Work includes computer checks, preparation for and activiating upgrades, connection to Network and staff training.


rory gallagher - official site

Stage one completed on The Official Rory Gallagher website. This has involved creating a version that can be accessed via dial-up connections, as the previous version was non dial-up freindly, and provision of a message board so that Rory fans worldwide can communicate with each other. Stages 2 and 3 will involve providing a totally accessible version and the re-vamping of the Flash version.


joseph rowntree research project / cd-rom commission

We are pleased to announce the completion and launch of 'The Young Disabled Peoples Forum CD-Rom: Peer Mentoring - A Good Practice Guide'. Commissioned by The Joseph Rowntree Foundation, it is an essential piece of kit for young disabled people, and those who on disability projects. The Stereo Graffiti produced CD-Rom tells the story of a Peer Mentoring project from the perspective of the young disabled people and the workers involved.
